These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neo Blue Logistics LLC concerning your access to and use of bajapeps.com and any related services. By accessing or using our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or purchase any product. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to use our services.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Baja Peps are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only. They are not designed, approved, or intended for human or animal use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any therapeutic application.

By purchasing from Baja Peps, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution and accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Buyer acknowledges that products have not been tested by the Company for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other use. Buyer expressly represents and warrants that they will properly test and use any materials purchased in accordance with the practices of a reasonable expert in the appropriate scientific field and in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

The information provided through our services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who access our services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Purchases & Payment

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Zelle, Venmo, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC), and domestic wire transfer. All payments must be made in US dollars.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days through written notice to the other party.

Binding Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, any dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall take place in California. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if they fail to do so.

Restrictions

All arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the individual parties. No arbitration may be joined with any other proceeding, and there is no right to arbitrate on a class-action basis.

Exceptions

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: claims to enforce intellectual property rights, claims arising from theft or unauthorized use, and claims for injunctive relief.

If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
